Free trial

Every new account gets a free trial of 14 days with no payment needed, so you can evaluate IronLedger before paying.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Subscription in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

Because you can try the service free first, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or you cancelled within 7 days of your first paid charge and have not meaningfully used the paid period, write to info@zyrqon.com and we will review and, where appropriate, refund to the original payment method.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails, your account becomes read-only after a short grace period. Your data is kept; paying again restores full access.

Timelines

Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days; your bank may take a few more days to show them.
